Billing & Plans
Your subscription plan determines what you can do on the platform - how many workspaces you can create, how many chatbots each workspace can have, how large your team can be, and more.
Billing is managed from your Profile page: click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar → Profile.

Your Current Plan
The Profile page shows:
- Your current plan name
- Your plan status (Active, Cancelled, Expired)
- The renewal date (for paid plans)
- A summary of your current usage vs. plan limits
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to your Profile page → Plans section.
- Find the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click Upgrade (or Subscribe now).
- You are taken to the payment checkout page.
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
Your new limits take effect immediately after successful payment.
Plans are available on both Monthly and Yearly billing. Choose Yearly to save.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrading may reduce your limits. Resources you've already created above the lower plan's limits are not deleted automatically - but you may not be able to create new ones until you are within the new limits.
- Go to your Profile page → Plans section.
- Find the plan you want to downgrade to.
- Click Downgrade.
- Review the Downgrade Preview dialog carefully.
- Click Confirm Downgrade.
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period (paid-to-paid) or immediately (paid-to-free).
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to your Profile page.
- In the billing section, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Developer (Free) plan.
Billing History & Invoices
Your payment history and downloadable invoices are available in the Billing section of your Profile page.
- View past payments with amounts and dates
- Download PDF invoices for your records
Plan Limits Reference
When you reach a limit, the relevant Create button shows an upgrade prompt.
